This is one of the few things my mom ever learned to cook, she used to bake it in an angel food pan. If you do that you'll need to take extra time for it to bake.

Try this in lime. I make it at Christmas in lime and decorated with maraschino cherries on top. Warning, this is a really GREEN cake.

LEMON JELLO CAKE

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 small pkg. lemon Jello
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup milk
2 cups powdered sugar
2 large lemons

Beat all ingredients for 5 minutes. Bake in a 9x13" pan at 350° for 35-40
minutes. While still hot, pierce with fork. Glaze with 2 cups powdered
sugar, combined with the juice of 2 large lemons.
