Baked Tangerines 8 tangerines 8 T. orange marmalade 3 T. butter or margarine 3 T. sugar 1 cup orange juice 8 maraschino cherries ---------------------------- Make 8 vertical cuts in skin of tangerines, from the blossom end to about 1" from bottom; pull peel down, turn points in. Remove white membrane. Loosen sections at center and pull apart slightly; place in shallow baking dish. Fill centers with marmalade and butter. Sprinkle with sugar. Pour orange juice over all. Place maraschino cherry in each center. Bake in a moderate 350F oven for 30 minutes, basting occasionally. Serves 8. A great accompaniment for Roast Duckling.
