No Bake Fruit Cake

Click here for a printable version of this recipe

1 pound pecans
1/2 pound walnuts
1/2 pound almonds
1 pound raisins
2 boxes Graham cracker crumbs
2 cans sweetened condensed milk
1 pound chopped dates
1 16 ounce container red candied cherries (sliced in half)
1 16 ounce container mixed fruit pieces
1 8 ounce container green candied cherries (sliced in half)
1 8 ounce container of candied pineapple
(all colors and sliced in half)
1 bag of miniature marshmallows

Mix nuts, candied fruit, raisins, dates and marshmallows in extra
large bowl, pour Graham cracker crumbs over them and try to coat
all pieces with the crumbs, then pour the two cans of sweetened
condensed milk over entire mixture until all pieces appear to be
moistened. Pour into a large tube pan pressing mixture firmly
together and packing into pan all you can get, if the tube pan
is too small, the rest will go into a bread loaf pan. Cover and
place in refrigerator for at least 24 hours.

(For the pecans, I use 1/2 a pound halves and 1/2 a pound chopped.
I use chopped walnuts and almond slivers. After adding the milk,
I had to use my hands to get the ingredients all mixed together.)
