Swiss Salad With Creamy Mustard DressingSalad:
2 cups bite-size pieces salad greens
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese (about 2 oz.)
2 T. sliced pimento-stuffed olives
1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
Creamy Mustard Dressing (recipe below)

Mix salad greens, cheese, olives, and egg;
toss with Creamy Mustard Dressing. Garnish
with tomato wedges, if desired. Serves 3-4.
Creamy Mustard Dressing
1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 T. half-and-half
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
