Fry Pan Cookies1-1/2 cups chopped dates
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups rice krispies
1/2 cup chopped nuts
chopped coconut
Combine first 6 ingredients in a frying pan over low heat. Cook for 10
minutes, stirring constantly. Cool, add 3 cups of rice krispies or a similar cereal, and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Mix the cereal into the date mixture well. Form into balls and roll each ball in chopped coconut
