Roasted Cauliflower with Rosemary

Combine 5 cups cauliflower florets, 2 tablesppoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon crumbled rosemary, 1/4 teaspoon each of salt and freshly ground pepper.
Toss until cauliflower is well coated with seasonings.
Place cauliflower in a single layer in a greased shallow baking dish.
Roast at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned and tender.
Serves 6-8. Yummmm. Enjoy!
