Cheese-Potato Wedges 4 lg. potaoes 1/3 cup butter 2/3 cup grated, sharp cheese 1 tsp. paprika 1 1/2 tsp. salt 2 T. fine, dry bread crumbs --------------------------------------------- Peel & cut potatoes into lg. wedges, arrange in a single layer in buttered baking dish. Melt butter & pour over potatoes. Combine the other ingredients & sprinkle over potatoes. Bake in hot oven (425F) for 30-35 minutes., or until tender & golden brown; basting occasionally with fat in baking dish. Makes 4 servings.
