Greek Chicken

1 whole chicken
1 fresh lemon
4-6 scrubbed potatoes
oregano
seasoned salt
fresh garlic

Wash chicken and pat dry. Slice potatoes into lengthwise wedges, rub cut edges with a wedge of the fresh lemon. Place in a large, deep casserole, sprinkle with oregano, seasoned salt and freshly pressed garlic. Toss to coat. Sprinkle chicken with oregano and seasoned salt, inside and out. Rub garlic onto chicken (I use 4-6 cloves all together). Move potatoes to the side of the casserole, place chicken in the center--place potatoes on top and around sides if necessary. Squeeze lemon juice over all in casserole--toss in the lemon wedges, cover, and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
