Creole Lima Beans 1 can (8 oz.) stewed tomatoes 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen lima beans 1 large stalk celery, chopped (about 3/4 cup) 3/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper -------------------------------------------- Heat tomatoes to boiling. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling, separating beans with a fork; reduce heat. Cover and simmer until beans are tender, about 5 minutes. Serves 5.
