2 C. boiling water 4 oz. grape-nuts 1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed 1 large banana 1/2 pt. fat free sour cream Pour jello in boiling water and cool. Crush banana, berries and grape-nuts and add to jello. Pour 1/2 mixture in a 9x13" pan and get in refrigerator. Spread fat free sour cream over top half and the remainder of banana-berry mixture on top. Refrigerate until set. Serves: 8 |
