Cheddar Cheese Chowder 1 package (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed crem of chicken soup 1 soup can milk 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.) ------------------------------------------ Cook vegetables as directed on package; drain. Stir soup and milk into vegetables in saucepan. Heat, stirring occasionally, until hot. Sprinkle 1/3 cup cheese on each serving. Serves 3 (about 1 1/3 cups each)
