1 cup Wesson oil (a must) 3 eggs 1 jar junior-size peach baby food 2 heaping teas. peach preserves 2&1/2 cup+1Tbs. flour 1&1/2 teas. cinnamon 2 teas. baking soda dissolved in 1 cup buttermilk 1 teas. vanilla Dissolve baking soda in buttermilk before mixing ingredients, set aside. Mix all ingredients together saving buttermilk for last. Bake in greased and floured breadpans for 30 minutes @350-degrees then 30 minutes @325-degrees. Size of pans used determins number of loaves yielded. (Note:) This bread freezes well. |
