1 slice cooked ham, cut in small strips 2 cup sliced celery 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 cup fat free sour cream 1 small can diced pimentos 2-3 tbls. mustard Rice or noodles (cooked) Saute' celery until crisp tender, add ham and heat through. Add all other ingredients and heat, but do not boil. If too thick, a small amount of either chicken broth or milk can be added. Serve over rice or noodles. |
