cooked in micorwave for 20 minutes 1 can of cream of chicken soup 8 ounces of sour cream 1 sleeve of Ritz crackers 1 stick (1/2 cup) of butter Place chicken in glass baking dish. Mix soup and sour cream togther and pour over chicken. Crush Ritz crackers in freezer bag. Melt butter and pour into freezer bag, sprinkle over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
