2 cups biscuit mix (Pioneer or Bisquick) 4 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1-2 cups chopped pecans Combine ingredients and blend well. Pour into greased and floured 13x9-inch pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 325 degrees. Remove and cool before slicing. Dust with confectioner's sugar. |
