1 c brown suggar 1/2 c shortening 1 egg - beaten 2 tbsps cocoa 1/2 c sour milk 1/2 tsp baking soda pinch salt 1/4 c walnuts chopped 1 tsp vanilla 1 1/2 c flour...more if needed
Mix ingredients. Drop onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350*F for 10 minutes. Cool. Frost with favorite frosting.
