Egg and Sausage Bake

1lb. breakfast sausage (hot sausage is best)
8 oz-1lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
10-12 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp. mustard
salt and pepper
bread

Grease 9x13 pan. Break up chunks of bread,
enough to cover bottom of pan. Brown and
crumble sausage; distribute over bread.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Blend eggs with milk, mustard, salt and pepper.
Pour on top with cheese. Place in refrigertor overnight.
Bake next day at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until
lightly browned. Cut in squares and serve.
