Cake:
1 Box Duncan Hines Lemon Cake Mix
1 Box (Small) Lemon Instant Pudding Mix
2/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
4 Eggs
10 Ounces 7-Up or SprikeGlaze:
1/3 Box Confectioners Sugar
4 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1/2 Teaspoon Butter or Margarine
Put all 3 ingredients in small microwave bowl. Mix well, then microwave approximately 12 seconds. (You make need to add a little lemon juice for correct consistentcy.
Preheat oven to 350 Degress.
Add all ingredients in mixing bowl, mix on med. speed for 2 minutes. Pour in greased & floured bundt pan.
Cook for approximately 25 minutes (just until the top stop shaking).
Let cool ten minutes and invert on plate. Top with Lemon Glaze-drizzle with spoon.
