Molasses Cookies

1 1/2 cups margarine
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup molasses
4 1/2 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cloves
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ginger
Purl Sukar (Swedish Imported Sugar)

Cream margarine, sugar and eggs. Add molasses, mix well. Blend in flour and
spices.

Refrigerate dough overnight. You must keep dough very cold, It is a very
soft dough.

I use a very small scoop, roll into balls, roll in Purl Sukar (if not
available you may use granulated sugar.

Bake at 325 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. About 6 dozen cookies.
