1 lb. ground beef 1 T. oleo 2 (8 0z.) cans tomato sauce 1/3 c. chopped scallion 1 c. cottage cheese 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1/4 c. sour cream 1 T. green bell pepper 2 T. melted oleo Cook and drain noodles. In one tablespoon oleo, brown beef and add tomato sauce. Combine cheeses, pepper and onion. Spread half of the noodles in casserole dish. Cover with the cheese mixture. Cover with the rest of the noodles and pour on the melted oleo and meat mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. |
