Stuffed and baked burgers

1 lb. ground beef
herbed stuffing, such as "pepperidge Farm" type
cream of mushroom soup
evaporated milk
ketchup
worchestershire sauce
Directions: Mix ground beef and 1/4 cup evaporated milk together- salt and pepper too! Stuffing can be made by putting 1/2 cup water, 1 tbls butter, and/or OPTIONAL celery and onion into a pyrex measuring cup in the microwave. zap this for about 45 seconds and mis with 3 cups of stuffing - add more water or stuffing if this is too wet or dry/
using plastic wrap, take a meatball sized piece of the meat mixture and pat if very flat between 2 pieces of plastic wrap. put a scoop of stufing in the middle and wrap the meat around it, forming a stuffed meat bundle. repeatuntil all the meat mixture is gone. Put these in a glass 8" square pan. Mix the soup, 1 tbls. of ketchup and worchesterhire sauce together and pour this over the meat bundles. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. The soup makes a great gravy like sauce which is great on baked potatoes or noodles.
