1 small yellow bell pepper, chopped 4 green onions, chopped 2 small jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced 1/4 cup lime juice 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 to 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro 1 tablespoon honey Stir together all ingredients. Cover and chjill 1 hour. Serve with grilled chicken or pork. Yield 3 cups. |
