4 ripe bananas, mashed 1 C. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 2 T. butter In a greased, shallow baking dish, alternate rhubarb and bananas, ending up with rhubarb on top. Combine sugar and salt and sprinkle over dish. Dot with 2 tablespoons bugtter and cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Tehn uncover and bake 30 minutes more or until syrup thickens. |
