1/2 cup butter or margarine 1/2 cup white sugar 1/2 cup white flour pinch of salt 1/2 cup white cane syrup 1/2 cup dark cane syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring 1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional) 3 eggs 1 cup broken or chopped pecans pecan halves (optional) Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and beat well.
