1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg -- beaten
1/2 cup crushed pineapple
1 cup mashed bananas
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon soda
1/3 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
Cream butter and sugar. Add beaten egg; beat well. Fold in sifted dry ingredients with rubber spatula. Drain pineapple; add pineapple, bananas and vanilla gradually with dry ingredients. Blend all together, but do not overmix. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes
