12 oz. butterscotch or peanut butter chips 1 (18 oz.) jar peanut butter 1 (16 oz.) jar dry roasted peanuts 1 cup butter 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup regular vanilla pudding mix 2 lbs. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Melt chips and peanut butter. Spread 1/2 of mixture into a jelly roll pan and refridgerate; to the other half of mixture add peanuts. Set aside. In a medium size pan combine butter, pudding mix and milk- boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Spread pudding mixture over the (cooled) 1st chocolate layer. Thinly spread the chocolate and peanut mixture on the top of the pudding layer. |
