 Two Minute Fudge |

In a 1 ½ qt casserole stir together until partially blended: 4 cups confectioners sugar ½ cup cocoa 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 cup milk (minus 1 tsp) 1 Tbsp vanilla Put on top in middle: ½ cup butter Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes Stir well until smooth Pour in an 8x8" greased square dish Chill one hour. |
