Zucchini PieIngredients

3/4 cup brown sugar
1-1/2 cups shredded-peeled zucchini (well drained)
1-1/2 cups evaporated milk
2 tablespoons molasses (optional)
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon flour
1-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon cloves
Instructions

1. Blend all ingredients on high for 1 minute
*Can use blender or electric mixer
2. Pour into uncooked pie shell
3. Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees F.
4. Then, bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees F.
