Snicker's Cake

Snicker's Cake

1 box chocolate cake mix
1 bag Kraft caramels
1 (12 oz.) bag unsalted peanuts
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
1 container of caramel icing
1 Tbls. cream

Mix cake mix per box instructions. Pour half of mix into
a greased and lightly floured 18x13 cake pan. Bake for 20
minutes, remove and cool. Melt caramels with a Tbls. of
cream in a double boiler. Pour melted caramel over cooled
cake. Pour chocolate chips over that. Sprinkle peanuts over
that. Top with rest of cake batter. Bake for additional 20
to 25 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean in the
center. Let cool and top with icing. It is rich and gooey
but yummy.
