Chinese Chicken Wings

1-2 lb. chicken wings
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic - crushed
1 tsp. molassess

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine and melt above ingredients in a sauce pan.

Place chicken in an oven safe roasting pan. Spoon a little more than 1/4 of the sauce onto chicken. Bake for 1/2 hr., then spoon another 1/4 on chicken, bake 1/2 hr., spoon the remainder of the sauce onto chicken and bake another 1/2 hour.

Place 5 minutes under broiler, if desired, to make chicken crispy.
