1 to 1/12 lbs round steak,tenderized
1 cup flour
1 tsp.each meat tenderizer,seasoning salt,minced garlic,& pepper
1 bottle chili sauce
1 med onion sliced thin
1/4 cup sweet relish.
1 Tbs spoon Worstershire sause
1 Teas. soy souce
1 can beef broth

Mix flour and sesonings together and rub in meat
Mix the remaining ingrediants together except for the onion
put sliced onion on steak and cover with liquid mixture
Cook in slow cooker for 6 to 8 hrs.
