You can make this with either regular, or instant rice. You cook the recipe the same way as the instructions on the package, except you omit some of the water and replace it with you favorite Salsa. I use instant rice. I take: four cups Instant Rice,Three Cups Water, One Cup Salsa (Mild in my case, but use what you like). Bring Water and Salsa to a boil. Stir in the Instant Rice, turn off burner, let stand five minutes, then serve. This recipe is so simple that you can adjust it to taste and amount. I hope you enjoy!
