2 tbsp cumin 1 15-oz can tomato sauce 1 t oregano 1/2 can water 2 tbsp flour Brown meat over high heat and drain. Coat meat with flour, seasonings and reduce heat to medium. Add tomato sauce and water. Mix well. Simmer until sauce thickens (approx 10 min). Great over rice or in buns as well as used as traditional taco filling! |
