1 c. sugar 2/3 c. butter or margarine, softened 3 eggs 2 1/3 c. flour 1 can pumpkin 1/2 c. water 1 Tbsp. Watkins Pumpkin Pie Spice 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp salt 1 c. mini semi-sweet choc. chips Cream together sugars, butter and eggs in large mixing bowl. Add flour, pumpkin, water, Pumpkin Pie Spice, baking soda and salt; mix well. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour into 3 greased and floured 8 1/2in. x 4 1/2 in. loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 min. or until bread tests done. Cool in pans 10 min. on wire racks; remove from pans and cool completely. Wrap in plastic wrap and store in refrigerator.
