Fiesta Meat Loaf

1 can (14-1/2 oz.) DEL MONTE® Diced Tomatoes with Garlic & Onion
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup seasoned fine dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
1 can (8 oz.) DEL MONTE® Tomato Sauce
1 can (15-1/4 oz.) DEL MONTE® Whole Kernel Corn, drained
Drain tomatoes reserving 1/3 cup liquid; set tomatoes aside. Combine reserved tomato liquid, egg, crumbs and seasonings in bowl. Add meat; mix well.
Shape into an 8x4-inch loaf; place in shallow baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350°F, 65 minutes (170°F).
Meanwhile, combine undrained tomatoes and tomato sauce in saucepan. Cook, uncovered, about 5 minutes or to desired
