| | Combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, garlic salt, 1-1/2 tsp. RedHot and 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce. Mix thoroughly and shape into 1-inch meatballs. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. In saucepan, melt butter; blend in cornstarch. Add water, ketchup, 1-1/2 Tbs. RedHot and 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce. Simmer until thickened. Add meatballs and heat through. Makes about 30 meatballs. |
