2-1/2 cups flour, sifted 1 cup butter or margarine 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 cup white sugar 1 cup brown sugar 1 tsp. salt 2 eggs 1 cup coconut, shredded; 1 cup crispy rice cereal 1/2 cup chopped pecans
| | Heat oven to 325º F. (165º C). Cream first 7 ingredients. Add eggs one at a time, mixing with an electric mixer after each addition. Stir in coconut, crispy rice cereal and pecans. Chill dough for 10 minutes. Drop by tsp. on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 325º F |
