| Combine chilli sauce, garlic, ginger, lemon juice and soy sauce in a bowl. Pull skin away from chicken drumsticks and discard. Brush chilli mixture over drumsticks. Pour remaining marinade over chicken and cover. Leave for at least two hours or overnight. Cook in a frypan or on the barbecue until golden brown.
