1 cup broccoli flowerets (fresh or frozen) 2 tbsp. butter 1 lb skinless boneless chicken breasts cut into 1 to 1 1/2 inch pieces 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup parmesan cheese 1 tbsp. finely chopped garlic 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms. prepare linguine as directed on pkg. add broccoli durning last 4 minutes of cooking. Heat butter in a skillet over med. high heat add chicken, mushrooms onions and garlic cook until browned,stirring often. Stir in mushroom soup.milk.cheese, salt and pepper. Add linguine and broccoli, that has been drained. Cook until heated completely. ] |
