Ice Cream Bread

1 pint of premium ice cream (any flavor you choose (1 pint = 2 cups of ice cream)
1 1/2 cups of self-rising flour
Allow ice cream to soften. Add flour, mix until moistened. Pour into
a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
