Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine cake mix, melted butter,
flour, eggs, pupkin pie spice, and vanilla in a large bowl. Beat
with an electric mixer for 1 inute or until well blended. Stir in
oats, walnuts, and dates.For each cookie, drop a heaping tbs of dough onto ungreased
cookie sheet. Space cookies 2 inches apart. Bake for 10 minutes or
until edges begin to brown slightly. Cool cookies on cookie sheet
for 5 minutes. Transfer cookies to a cooling rack to cool
completely.
