2 cups instant rice, uncooked 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed 3/4 cup Kraft Catalina Dressing 1/4 cup Kikoman Soy Sauce 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed, drained
| | Prepare Rice as directed on packages. Cook chicken in dressing, soy sauce and garlic powder for 5 minutes. Add vegetables, cover. Simmer 5 to 7 minutes or until vegetables are tender,stirring frequently. Serve over rice.Makes 4 servings.
