| Spray large skillet with non-stick spray. Brown the ground beef on medium heat. Once brown add all dry seasoning to the meat, except the Sazon--leave it for last. Work seasoning in and add onion and garlic, work it in and add the potatoes. Now add the Sazon. Fold it in and let it all steam on low heat for a little while; continue folding. In a small skillet add the oil, start heating it on high heat; once it's hot lower it a little at a time. Use tongs to deep fry tortillas. Put one in flat and flip it once. Then use the tongs to fold it in half. Hold the taco shape till it's crunchy. Place in a baking dish lined with paper towels to absorb the excess oil. Fill the taco shells and enjoy a wonderful taco dinner. Side item suggestions: Salsa, tomatoes, lettuce, mexican cream, mexican cheese or any shredded cheese. * Adobo and Sazon can be purchased in the Latin section of your grocery store.
