Pork Stir-Fry

2 pork tenderloins
Mrs. Dash, to taste
Garlic powder or garlic salt, to taste
2 TBL oil
1 bag frozen stir-fry vegetables
1 bottle thick stir-fry sauce
Dice up the 2 loins into small cubes.

Put them in a bowl and season with a small amount of Mrs. Dash, garlic powder or garlic salt.

Add 2 Tbl. of oil to a skillet and brown up your meat. Add 1 bag of frozen stir fry veggies or fresh whatever you have. Cover with lid and let them steam together for a few minutes. Add 1 small bottle of thick stir fry sauce. Mix it all together till it's all covered and evenly heated. Serve with steamed rice or alone.
