1 can of cream of chicken soup 1 cup of 5 minute rice (cooked) 1 cup of water (optional) salt & pepper to season Simply cook the quick rice in the microwave. Then add all other ingredients in a sauce pan on high heat (rice, cream of chicken soup, water, salt & pepper). Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and enjoy. Note: I like it thicker, so I leave out the water. The choice is yours. This recipe is quick, fast, and yummy. Great for cold weather and colds. |
