These super simple cookies start with a cake mix. Use candy coat4ed peanut
butter pieces instead of chocolate if you'd like.

Ingredients:

1 pkg. two layer yellow or chocolate cake mix
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup milk
2 eggs
1-1/2 cups candy coated chocolate pieces OR milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped peanuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all ingredients except candy and nuts in large bowl and mix until blended. Add candy, then drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with nuts, pressing in slightly. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 8-11 minutes until cookies are light golden brown. Remove from cookie sheets to wire racks immediately. 36 cookies |
