1 package egg noodles
1 pound beef (Stew meat or Hamburger works too)
1/2 chopped small onion
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 pkg brown gravy mix
1 1/2 cup water

Cook egg noodles according to package directions and drain well
While noodles are cooking, brown meat and onion together. (if using hamburger- make sure to drain off fat)
Add garlic, pepper and gravy mix & Water. Stir in noodles and mix well.

Most of the ingredients you can tweak to your tastes.
