Ingredients:- 1. Six eggs 2. 500 ml milk 3. 1/2 cup condensed milk 4. 2 cups sugar 5. 2 tea spoons cardamom powder 6. 3 drops of vanilla essence Preparation:- 1. Mix egg material, sugar and condensed milk and stir vigorously. Add vanilla essence. 2. Boil the milk and add cardamom powder. 3. Mix the milk with egg mixture and churn thoroughly. 4. Pour the ingredients in to a vessel and keep it in a water bath, 3/4 submerged. 5. Boil the water in the bath on a low flame for half an hour or more, until the contents in the vessel are solidified. 6. Remove the egg pudding from the vessel and serve hot. OR keep in the refrigerator and serve cold.
