1 large head of cabbage, finely chopped/shredded (For quick time, I buy 2 bags of coleslaw mix) 8 T green onion, chopped 2-30z pkg Ramen Noodles, broken up 2 lbs sunflower seed kernels, salted Dressing: this is doubled 2 C Canola Oil 1 C Sugar 1 T pepper 3/4 C Rice Vinegar | | | Mix cabbage and onions in a large bowl. Just before serving add sunflower kernels and Ramen noodles. Add dressing and toss. |
