6 med. red potatoes, halved and thinly sliced 1 small onion, halved and thinly sliced 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted 1/2 t. crushed red pepper flakes Salt to taste
Arrange potatoes and onions in an ungreased 9-inch square baking dish. Combine butter, pepper flakes and salt. Drizzle over potatoes and onion. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender.
